About me
Both Christine and Damon have Master’s Degrees. Christine has her Bachelor’s Degree in Administration and Legal Studies, and her Master’s Degree in Special Education. Damon has a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communication and Organizational Communication, and a Master’s Degree in Management. Damon and Christine have a combined total of over 30 years experience in program development, training, and education management in the areas of education, special education, family training, child development, parent training, prevention and de-escalation of problem behaviors, trauma informed care, compassion and communication, mandatory reporting, parenting skills, and child development and welfare across diverse socio-economic, educational and cultural segments. Both Christine and Damon are certified Program for Education and Enrichment and Relational Skills (PEERS) trainers/facilitators through UCLA, focused on working with neurodiverse individuals and their parents.
